Schedule and Submissions

YSE Student Newsletter will be sent on Thursdays at 5:00pm to all students and staff during the academic year. It is not sent during winter break and spring break. The deadline to submit content for consideration is Wednesday at 5:00pm.

Content Consideration

The overarching criteria for inclusion in the YSE Student Newsletter is essential information and updates that are specific to YSE students. For example:

  • Dates and information for community events, wellness programs, as well as save the dates and registration notices for future events and conferences.
  • Greater Yale and non-YSE events or announcements that may be of interest to YSE students.
  • Employment opportunities for YSE students.
  • Yale resources and services that are of benefit to YSE students.

FAQ

What if I submit content after the submission deadline? 
If you submit something after the Wednesday at 5:00pm deadline for that specific week it will be included in the following week’s newsletter.
